Published by author on October 31, 2009

1. Write your plan
Written plan is the most important thing. Write down all your expenses based on the scale of interest and write in detail, not in general. Scale of priority is very helpful to separate the needs and desires. The needs talk about all things you should have in efforts for living such as; food, clothing, and shelter. Desires talk about the quality of the goods you have such as; new car, new clothes, new sofa, new mobile phone and others.

2. Get enough
Debtors should learn to get enough in all circumstances. Think only you really need. Do all things by yourself if you can.

3. Think first before buying
Everyone should think first before buying anything

Put all these questions in your mind:

* What is the priority?
* Does this item should be purchased now or should be postponed?
* Is the value of these goods can be reduced in the future?
* Does this stuff need costs again?

4. Pay Cash
Stop spending money using debit card or credit card. The use of these cards will make you more consumptive. Bring enough money when you go shopping, according to the estimated price that you have made, it will make debt relief. Many cases of debt caused by credit card. If this is your problem, stop right now if you do not want to fall deeper and deeper.

5. Change the assets into capital
If you have idle assets that can be converted into a tool for paying off debt, do quickly it will reduce  credit card debt. This is effective way to quickly pay off your debts. After that, start ‘new life’ with the correct financial principles.

6. Start with what you have

This principle is recommended for those who want to start a business and thought to borrow money in the bank. While you may not borrow, avoid it. Do not speculate with only a 10% capital and borrow 90% of them. This will only pave the way towards width of a prolonged debt. Don’t be a credit card debt.

7. Saving Money
Saving is not just a habit that are imposed on small children, but must be conscious of each person, including those who are having a lot of debt. Although only $100 per week or less, still do. Most people who live above the poverty line had a habit of saving. Many who failed to save because the small amount they could save. And if you continue to do, a little too long will be a hill.
